The best way to track the delivery of your order is to click on the tracking link within your order despatch confirmation email. or your online account Order history.
You may receive multiple despatch confirmation emails due to strict postal weight restrictions, some orders may need to be sent in more than one package which may arrive at different times.

Next day delivery is only available to Mainland UK and orders arrive the next day when placed by 11pm Sunday-Friday and 6pm Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Next day delivery will not be offered at checkout for any excluded areas such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes.
Pre-orders and Subscribe Me are excluded from Next Day delivery and Next Day Click & Collect services

Claims will be considered for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date for standard tracked delivery and 5 days for Next Day orders.
We will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or delivered to a forwarding agency address. Sephora UK is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen package claims of orders addressed to a parcel forwarding company. Sephora UK is under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing.
*Next Day Delivery is only available to Mainland UK for orders placed prior to the specified 11pm cut off time Sunday to Friday. If you live in areas of the United Kingdom such as the Highlands and Islands please expect the usual delays. Pre-orders and orders containing personalised products are excluded. Allergic Reaction Policy
What is your allergic reaction policy?
Very occasionally people have allergic reactions to certain ingredients within products they haven’t used before and they can vary from customer to customer.
If you do have an allergic reaction to a product purchased on our site, we recommend you stop using the product and visit your doctor in the first instance.
Please contact our team within 48 hours of using your product with the below information:
- The product you had the reaction to
- Type of reaction you experienced
- How long after applying the product did the allergic reaction occur
- Did you consult a healthcare professional since having the reaction
As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the value of the product which caused an allergic reaction by a Gift Voucher.
We reserve the right to request a Doctors’ letter and/or photo of the reaction. Please read the manufacturers’ leaflet or the information on the product to see if they are likely to cause you any problems.
All descriptions, ingredients, instruction of use regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please contact your doctor or the brand directly for further information.
