How to apply a Physical Gift Card
To redeem a physical gift card to your online account, please follow these steps:
1. After adding products to your shopping basket please enter the gift card code (13 digits below the barcode) into the 'Enter a Promo code or Gift Voucher‘ box on the order summary page.
2. Enter the 4 digit security pin (top right hand corner) when prompted.
Once added, the cards value will automatically be applied to your total at checkout on your online purchase.

How to check a Gift Cards balance
You can check your gift card balance by either:
• Visiting one of our stores with your gift card. (As if you needed another reason.)

For e-gift cards, you can check your balance online at www.sephora.co.uk/mysephora/gift-cards.
When will I receive my Digital Gift Card
If you choose the printable PDF option for e-gift cards, there will be a security check delay of approx 3 hours
E-gift cards sent directly via email are typically activated within 24 hours of purchase
Your e-gift cards can be found in the gift cards section of your account page. PDFs can be downloaded from there.
My Gift Card is Lost/Stolen/Damaged
Gift cards are not name specific. In the event of loss, theft, damage or expiration, no change, exchange, or reimbursement will be offered. No validity date extension will be offered once expired, even if the card has not been used in full.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Sephora UK gift cards are physical cards that can be purchased in Sephora shops that can be redeemed in Sephora shops in the UK or on the Sephora.co.uk website or app, as part or full payment for goods (exclusions apply). Sephora UK gift cards cannot be redeemed on any other Sephora websites in other countries.
Sephora UK e-gift cards can only be purchased online at www.sephora.co.uk and are delivered by email or can be printed and can be redeemed in Sephora shops in the UK or on the Sephora.co.uk website or app part of full payment for goods (exclusion apply). E-gift cards cannot be redeemed on any other Sephora websites in other countries. E-gift Cards purchased prior to 3 June 2025 cannot be redeemed in Sephora stores, but can be redeemed online and app.
Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards will not be replaced, or exchanged for a new gift card or for physical gift cards or cash.
Gift cards can be ordered online with values of £20, £50 and £100.
A gift card or e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given in cash.
Where goods purchased with a gift card or e-gift card are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to a gift card or e-gift card.
Any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases of goods provided the card has not expired.
Exclusions apply - you cannot use gift cards or e-gift cards to purchase other gift cards.
No promotion or discount can apply upon the purchase of Sephora gift cards or e-gift cards.
Loyalty points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards or e-gift cards. Loyalty points are earned on redemption.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
