My Item is Damaged or Faulty:
Every effort is made to ensure products are delivered in perfect condition but unfortunately unforseen circumstance can result in damage to your products.
Our customer care team is here to help you, heres what you need to raise a claim:
Notify us of the damage
You can do this by:
- Raising a self service request in your account under 'My Orders'
- Contacting us via our Contact us page.
- Contacting us via DM on either Facebook or Instagram
To ensure we handle your query efficently please only contact us using one platform.
Provide us with evidence of the damage/Faulty item
We understand receiving a damaged order can be upsetting, please ensure you document the damage clearly and keep a hold of the item if possible
You can provide evidence in the form of images, pdfs or videos whichever shows the damage best, these should include:
- Clear evidence of the damage/fault
Any damage to the package itself
Allow our team to review the evidence
Our team will review all the details provided and respond with a reoslution as soon as they are able.
I have missing items in my order:
If your order has arrived but is missing some items, please follow these steps:
First, check your inbox. We may have sent you an email notifying you that an item was out of stock when we packed your order. If this was the case, you would have been informed whether a refund was issued while the rest of the available items were sent.
To report missing items, you can log this in the "My Orders" section of your account. There, you will find a dropdown menu labeled "Manage my order." Select the option "An item is missing from my order." This will send a notification to our customer care team, who will contact you accordingly.
