My Free gift or Complimentary samples are missing from my order:
We are so sorry to hear that your free goodies are missing from your order. Dont worry!
Free gifts - Please refer back to the website offer to check the amount needed to qualify for the gift, please note that if you have applied a discount code to the order this may result in your spend reducing the amount needed to qualify. In this case the free gift will remove itself on the checkout page before you pay.
Please check your order confirmation to see if the gift was listed in the run down of your order.
If the item is listed but missing from the package you can select it in the 'My Orders' section of your account and use Manage my Order to select the missing item.
In the event it does not appear in the order summary and you do not have it please contact Customer Care via our contact us page.

If the gift was popular it may be that it is still showing on the site however if unavailable it will remove itself at checkout.
Complimentary Samples
We offer two complimentary samples to all of our UK customers. All you need to do is spend over £40.00 and you will be offered to select these at checkout. They will not add automtatically to the order and will need to be chosen by the customer.
We appreciate that not receiving your samples can be disappointing, however in an effort to reduce package waste we are unable to dispatch individual samples unless arriving with your main order.
