When will I earn points for leaving a review, and how many points will I receive?
- Once your review has been verified and published your points will automatically be added to your account, this can take up to 48 hours after posting. Each review is worth 5 points.
How do I receive points for leaving a review?
- Once you have signed into your account you can leave reviews on any product page, you will also receive an email prompting you to review recent purchases.
What if I haven’t received points for my review?
- If you haven't received your points please reach out to our Customer Care team with screenshots of your reviews and your loyalty barcode number. They may also need the following details
- Name of the products reviewed
- Estimate date the review was posted
- The screen name linked to the review
- A brief description of the review content
Point Capping for reviews
Capping engagement (reviews & in-store services) between 2 rewards: 20 pts limit on engagement points until one reward is unlocked
Capping engagement per year: 200 pts limit on engagement points earned yearly
